Microsoft tried this decades ago, no-one interested and the project died. The only remains is the dog and other creatures in some of the dialogues of some older win releases :) I think it was named... SAM or something similar :)

I don't think there is. I've seen the launches of or proposals for
various environments over the years, but I don't know of any that have
actually come to anything. It's a lot of work for a novelty that is
inherently hard to use.
