I, unfortunately, do--many clients use them. Names, numbers, and addresses probably exchanged hands if it was Windows 8 because he/she allowed MS to bully him/her into creating a cloud account. Normally, accounts are local to the machine--or to your server, if in a Domain--but they really hid this in Windows 8.
