When it comes to pnmixer, I'm not even sure it is a "segmentation fault" issue. And, I would also make sure to address one issue at a time. I briefly scanned your dmesg output.....rather late here in Taiwan and didn't really understand what that has to do with pnmixer. If you're pointing out the libmozalloc.so related errors....there is no correlation between that and pnmixer. You may want to consult https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1038860 for that issue.
