You might want to peruse your yum.log files and try to find out when and
why you ended up with a duplicate installation of the x86_64 packages
(-> the newer one should have replaced the older one instead). That's an
odd case, because it smells like you may have interrupted package
installation somehow (either when using Yum or installation of updates in
the background - who knows?). nss-softokn-freebl is a small library package
with no scriptlets to cause trouble by itself.
