perhaps you are right ..
To do the first installation of dconf-Edit I used the command :
sudo yum install dconf-editor
I think this command is for getting packages directly from repositories

When I did the first installation I didn't know many things about dconf...To do the first installation of dconf-Edit I used the command :

I only looked a way to manage icons on the screen..
I followed the indications that I found in this link:

After I made the first installation I could launch the dconf-Editor windows..
... but this windows was froze (all the menu otpins was not enabled) and I couldn't use it.

From where are you getting dconf-editor-0.15.0-4mgc30??
It doesn't appear to be part of the normal Fedora release.
On an F20 system I have
dconf-0.18.0-2.fc20.x86_64
dconf-editor-0.18.0-2.fc20.x86_64
Which would seem to be a later release and you're trying to install a previous version from somewhere...
Whatever you're trying to do... I'm pretty sure you need matching versions of those packages.
So, if you want install dconf-editor-0.15.0-4mgc30 you need to get the corresponding dconf-0.15.0-4mgc30 from the same place.
