gnome->system->preferences->appearence->fonts gives me sans,
sans bold and monospace, none of which are on either of the previous lists.
Inspect Element on Firefox sometimes gives me fonts which
are not on either list. Clearly substituion is happening.
I'd like to know what is being substituted.
I'd like to be able to control it.
