I used that 10.1 repository before 10.1 was pushed to F20, it would be great if it would exist for 10.3 too.
I'll ask Felix, hopefully I'll be able to motivate him ;)
I second the wish for a mesa-10.3 repository.
Mesa-10.1 is really old these days, and Fedora-21 is still another 3 months away.

With mesa being a core component of every desktop machine now, I hope it will receive more attention in the future - compareable to the linux kernel. The linux kernel is also regularily updated, even after a Fedora version is released as stable.
