According to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/Sysrq#What_are_the_.27command.27_keys.3F Magic SysRq key is enabled at compile-time, but disabled at boot-time. So, I had to use the physical power button. However, as soon as the computer booted, I configured Magic SysRq key to be enabled at boot-time.
