I concur, Pete, but there's probably some weird reason the OP needs F11 (even though it's, what, five years old). IIRC, the problem is that the OP needs to add /usr/local/lib64 to his /etc/ld.so.conf file, or create an "/etc/ld.so.conf.d/local.conf" file containing that line, then run (as the root user): ldconfig -v This should ensure that the run-time linker looks in /usr/local/lib64 for libraries in addition to the usual spots. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - Rick Stevens, Systems Engineer, AllDigital ricks@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx - - AIM/Skype: therps2 ICQ: 22643734 Yahoo: origrps2 - - - - "Yeah, but you're taking the universe out of context." - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- -- users mailing list users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe or change subscription options: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users Fedora Code of Conduct: http://fedoraproject.org/code-of-conduct Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines Have a question?
