The system is F20. I upgraded it from F17 through F18 a few days ago. Everything works perfect except that neither rails console nor rails server won't start. Typing rails console in the terminal leads to the following result:
/usr/share/rubygems/rubygems/dependency.rb:298:in `to_specs': Could not find 'rack' (~> 1.2.1) - did find: [rack-1.5.2,rack-1.4.0] (Gem::LoadError)

I've tried every possible solution I saw on the web but with no luck. Any thoughts?
P.S. gem list reveals rack available:
rack (1.5.2, 1.4.0)
rack-accept (0.4.3)
rack-cache (1.2)
rack-mount (0.8.3, 0.7.1)
rack-protection (1.5.0)
rack-restful_submit (1.2.2)
rack-ssl (1.3.2)
rack-test (0.6.2, 0.6.0
TIA
