I don't think so, in a widespread context.  Badges have to be printed,
numbers have to be communicated to vendors, etc.  But feel free to use
the contact information here to see if you can sneak in a
registration:

Thanks for the info Paul. Unfortunately I won't be able to participate since I have some other commitments. Anyone who couldn't get registered due to the issues may give it a try. Will join you all the next time.
