Hello, Everyone In the USB settings for my Windows 7 virtual machine, this item was unchecked: "Enable USB 2.0 (EHCI) Controller" The other USB box was checked, though. So, when I checked the box and clicked "OK", GarminExpress finally recognized my GPS, and it is now fully updated! As soon as I applied that setting, I also got a "Found new hardware" wizard from Windows! Now this kind of thing won't happen to me again. Steven P.
