Actually, cotse.net is one of the more responsive companies I've dealt
with. They don't do much hand-holding, but what they say they will do,
they do. If they tell me they haven't changed their configuration, I
believe them.

Regardless of whether you have confidence in your service provider, it is still variable in the technical sense.
Given that there is not enough data to bring a quality conclusion, how can someone help you?
