Skype is a closed source package. What made you think it might be available in Fedora repository. You are suppose to download the Skype package from official source skype.com. 64 bit system - Install both dependencies and skype package. 32 bit system - Just install the skype package. For those wanting hassle free updates I highly suggest negativo's repository[1].
