- pactl v4 - fc20:

pactl parse_volume() cannot read negatives

$ pactl list sinks | grep Volume:\ front

$ pactl list sinks | grep Volume:\ front

$ pactl set-sink-volume 0 -10%
pactl: invalid option -- '1'
$ pactl list sinks | grep Volume:\ front
