update...

really weird...

i know run:
/ycrawl/dcrawl/run/yolo-master/YoloMasterGearmanQueueProcessAppDir/rateStateCollegeProcessy2.php
   < /dev/null     &

from the cmdline, and the test doesn't run in the background.. it runs
as a current/foreground process...

thoughts??
