Anaconda LiveCD uses -pogAXtlHrDx I'm pretty sure that's the same as -aAHXx Realize with x that it expect to rsync each volume separately, so you don't do rsync on / and expect that it will copy things correctly to /boot on a volume separate from /var or /.
