I see a lot of "conflicts between attempted installs of..." reports
in bugzilla, but not this specific one.

Note the architecture difference. I'd suggest just removing
ImageMagick-devel-6.8.6.3-4.fc20.i686. This may be a packaging bug, but
generally you don't want i686 devel packages installed anyway.
