I'm trying to find a message. Once upon a time, someone on this list wrote that he could always rely on comcast to do the wrong thing. I think that the context was either throttling or availability of ports. Even with site:lists.fedora.org , comcast and "wrong thing" are not very restrictive. It was probably several years ago.
