I'm using rygel with firewalld using a static port in the rygel.conf file.
1) cp /etc/rygel.conf ~/.config/rygel.conf for the user that will run the DLNA server
2) edit ~/.config/rygel.conf and change line port=0 to some high numbered port like 55555
3) Set firewalld to allow 55555/tcp and 1900/udp using the following commands:
firewall-cmd --zone=public --permanent --add-port=55555/tcp
firewall-cmd --zone=public --permanent --add-port=1900/udp
Then start rygel.
