There have been multiple updates since 2.2.2-3, see
  https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/policycoreutils
but they are not in the updates repo.

If I visit the repo with a browser, I see 2.2.2-2 with a date from Feb 12th,
but which is a build from 2013-11-20.

Something's terribly broken here. :-(
