No, something's wrong with the repos. See below. The newer 2.2.5-3.fc20 packages
are gone, including the newer policycoreutils-sandbox-2.2.5-3.fc20 package.


You're right, I didn't look at the dates properly, it was pushed to stable updates on 18-01-2014....

It's a stable update, but not available in the repos anymore (I don't
have the time to examine koji tags):
