You could try :

X -configure in the shell. You have to be root and that would leave the file in the directory your currently in, so you 'll have to put it in /etc/X11 yourself or I think you can just add the destination path after the -configure option, not sure about that though, look it up before you try it. wiki.x.org. Anyway I am not sure you need it. Then again you could always delete it if it causes a problem.

            startfluxbox

            at the command line
