If you think this should be changed then raise it as an rfe at rpmfusion. However, it's not "in-house humour", those terms really do reflect the state of the different plugins and are documented. Freeworld in particular distinguishes incompatible builds that would conflict with the same package in Fedora itself, a different name is needed.
