I got to the bugzilla and copied the file name. Then I discovered
I had no dconf-editor, and yum-installed it. Then I did this :
[root@Hbsk3 ~]# dconf-editor org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.cursor
** (dconf-editor:26817): WARNING **: dconf-schema.vala:330: Unknown
property on <schema>, extends
(dconf-editor:26817): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: This application can not open
files.
^C
[root@Hbsk3 ~]#
What did I do wrong? (commanding just "dconf-editor &" had gotten
an error message.

Remember I have precious (very precious!) little idea where up is.
It looks like you're logged in with a regular user account, so run dconf-editor as user not root.
