"change:no":
- read&fill(evince) - no passwd
- edit(libreoffice) - passwd

$ rpm -qi libreoffice-pdfimport

Description :
The PDF Importer imports PDF into drawing documents to preserve layout
and enable basic *editing* of PDF documents.
