But what do you get if you do ls -l /run/media/bobg/ You should see all media devices that are atached to the computer.
Yes I do, in this case: [bobg@box10 ~]$ ls -l /run/media/bobg/ total 16 drwx------. 9 bobg bobg 16384 Dec 31 1969 LIVE and then:
[bobg@box10 ~]$ ls -l /run/media/bobg/LIVE total 4585312 drwx------. 2 bobg bobg 16384 Dec 18 09:55 boot drwx------. 3 bobg bobg 16384 Dec 18 09:55 EFI -rw-r--r--. 1 bobg bobg 4294967295 Dec 18 09:36 Fedora-20-x86_64-DVD.iso -r--r--r--. 1 bobg bobg 32256 Dec 18 09:55 ldlinux.sys drwx------. 2 bobg bobg 16384 Dec 18 09:55 LiveOS drwx------. 2 bobg bobg 16384 Dec 18 09:55 syslinux drwx------. 2 bobg bobg 16384 Aug 23 11:33 VMware-8 -rw-r--r--. 1 bobg bobg 400273548 Aug 6 18:15 VMware-Workstation-Full-9.0.2-1031769.x86_64.txt
The SanDisk Corp. SDCZ80 Flash Drive can be mounted from the icon that appears on the desktop but not the camera. That is the same on both F-20 and F-19.
"Your Nikon memory card should be mounted to /run/media/bobg/disk (or whatever it might be named)."
I have no way of reading the memory card separate from the camera. In fact I'm not sure but I may still be using the internal camera memory? It does have a card in a slot but I don't often use the camera ... But when I do I want to be able to extract the images to my computer via the usb cable Nikon provided!
