If you have GNU parallel instead then you can do it in a few seconds:

seq 65 150 | parallel -j0 ping -c1 192.168.1.{} | grep "64 bytes"

Without GNU parallel you can do this:

for f in {65..150}
do
   (ping -c1 192.168.1.$f | grep "64 bytes" &)
done
fping -g 192.168.1.65/25
