Read my last sentence. I want to run it on an ARM platform. For some

Will there be an arm distro for it at some point?

I just did a quick google and found an ARM port called RedSleeve that's based on CentOS. However, a check of the site has shown that there's been virtually no movement on the site since 2012. I'm not sure if there /is/ movement on it, but it seems unlikely.

Gosh Mark RH 7 is so old that the only place you would see it is museum .
But RH 7 is not the same as Fedora it is much older.

OK. RHEL 7 that just went into beta. Built on Fedora 19. Since f19 has been ported to arm, perhaps RHEL/Centos 7 will have a arm kernel.

Sorry about that.
I have been using Redhat ever since RH 1 Desktop and thought that was what you were referring to.
