Hello,
I have F20 with both yum and dnf.
Is it OK to remove dnf with yum remove dnf ?
Yes, from yum's and rpm's perspective, dnf is just an arbitrary package
like any other.
will it cause any problems ?
Except that removing dnf doesn't cleanup its caches[1], this should not
(and must not) cause any problems.

[1] Cleaning up the cache:
rm -rf /var/cache/dnf
