I'm not using a repo for it, I just downloaded it from the
virtualbox.org web site, using the link provided by VirtualBox Manager.
Which eventually points to
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads . Then I install the
extension pack once the Vbox software has been updated.

The RPM I have installed is VirtualBox-4.3-4.3.6_91406_fedora18-1.x86_64
(they don't seem to have one for Fedora 19).
