And it continues ad infinitum.
Knowing nothing else to try I did "yum clean metadata" and then "yum
clean all." That did not help.
Am I the only one?
I was similarly afflicted by this & surmounted it by commenting out
'192.168.1.254' in /etc/resolv.conf & replacing it with Google's
nameservers: 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4.
