Here's the list of packages on my machine at work
running fedora 19 where the recent nx updates
installed fine (and even work):

libNX_Xrender-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
nxclient-3.5.0-7.x86_64
libNX_Xrandr-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
libNX_Xcomposite-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
nxproxy-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
libNX_Xtst-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
libNX_Xdmcp-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
libNX_Xdamage-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
freenx-server-0.7.3-31.fc19.x86_64
libNX_Xinerama-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
nx-libs-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
libNX_X11-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
libNX_Xfixes-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
libNX_Xext-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
libNX_Xpm-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64
nxagent-3.5.0.21-3.fc19.x86_64

That nxclient rpm is from nomachine (their free client
download). The nomachine client has always seemed
to work about 1000 times better than any of the
others.
