We do already, don't we? With the feedback from the various users of Fedora 18, 19 and 20, where the Delta displays correctly, it seems to boil down to a configuration issue. Mission objective would be to find out what changes an installation to end up with displaying a Phi instead of a Delta. Perhaps fonts packages? Perhaps pulled in as dependencies for something? Also worth a try would be to create a fresh user account and try to reproduce the problem with that account.
