I had installed F19 to dual boot with Windows 8 on a friend's laptop,
and so I can verify that it works. However, if you are using 'UEFI'
booting with 'Secure Boot' option enabled, I remember that there were
issues with booting into Windows 8 using grub2. When 'Secure Boot'
option is disabled, dual boot worked as well.

But I did this around the time Fedora 19 was released. I am not aware
about the current status, as I don't do Windows. ;-)
