Does anyone here successfully print UPS shipping labels from the UPS online shipping tool?
I find that when I try this with Firefox, epiphany, or Chrome on F19, the barcode-containing section of the label is generated as a 728x416 image.
If I use Firefox or IE on Windows, the same label is generated as a 1400x800 image.
The UPS scanners won't recognize the barcodes in the smaller images, so I have to print from Windows.
Any ideas? Is this some odd _javascript_ default-image size setting that differs with OS?
This may be related to the default minimum font size. It's well known that IE uses a larger
default minimum size. Try setting the default font to a larger minimum on Firefox on F19:
Edit -> Preferences -> Content
Yes, I know this is an image, but the UPS web service might be scaling it to match
the min font size. Maybe.
