Same problem here (on a clean Fedora 19 installation and also on
Fedora 18 with kernel-version 3.9.11-200).

I have found an open bug report for this problem:
	https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=969550
On my laptop only the "build-in" keyboard does not work. If I use an
USB-keyboard, the USB-keyboard works fine.

Meanwhile I did a fresh install with Fedora 18.
On fedora 18 I have the same problem with kernel
3.9.11-200.fc18.x86_64.
If I downgrade to kernel 3.6.10-4.fc18.x86_64, the build-in keyboard
works fine.

HTH
best regards

Thomas
