what should this be? %{_prefix} = /usr

the files are in /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/ and *not*
in /usr/local and so why do you specifiy /usr/local?
so "mv" them around in the install section
or specify the *correct* ath in %files where
you even can use a full qualified path without
the buildroot
