Note: On my system: emacs-24.2-19.fc18.x86_64 On yours: emacs-24.2-18.fc19.x86_64 Fedora-18 uses a more recent version of emacs than Fedora-19 so yum and fedup don't upgrade emacs properly. yum distro-sync fixes this.
