And, listing only the emphasized words out of context makes it hard to judge why he emphasized them. I'm not going to accuse the poster in question of trying to make things look worse than they were, but it did make it much too easy for somebody "coming in late" to get the wrong impression.
I'd also like to say that I doubt that Reindl and I would get along very well in person, but that I don't care. He's very knowledgeable, he's willing to take the time to help others and for me, at least, that's all that matters.
