thanks for the suggestion about bottom posting and I have tried to do that before. The only version of bbm that works on this phone will not allow it.

Also thank you for the info. I did not know this.

why?
dns is not needed for networking on the technical level
enter the domains you need and want to allow to access in /etc/hosts
