Thanks for your reply.
I installed two WD 1TB Hard Drives when I put my new computer together.
I am having difficulty getting Fedora to recognize and access both of them.
(See emails "Two HDs"). Both of these HDs are new.
I removed the second HD and those errors no longer occur on boot-up. This
tells me that the second HD is the cause of the errors.
Thanks for your help.
Sincerely,

Could be a CD or DVD drive that's having issues. To find out what device it is, try: # cat /proc/scsi/scsi Look for the stuff under "Host: scsi4 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00". That should be the device. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - Rick Stevens, Systems Engineer, AllDigital ricks@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx - - AIM/Skype: therps2 ICQ: 22643734 Yahoo: origrps2 - - - - When all else fails, try reading the instructions. - ----------------------------------------------------------------------
