that's easy

yum reinstall kernel grub2-tools
dracut -f
grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
________________________

[root@srv-rhsoft:~]$ rpm -q --file /boot/grub2
grub2-tools-2.00-15.fc18.x86_64

that's why re-install grub2-tools too is a good idea
