Hi,

Yes, any device connected gave the same message, usb disk as well.

Here is fdisk -l output, unfortunatelly in polish. Anyway /dev/mapper messages is "It doesn't look like partition table, probably bad device was chosen..."

I see here a problem only with one device,/dev/sdd1

Do you have a  problem with another storage device like a disk on key

What does fdisk -l show?
