On the computer where the printer is connected driver is installed fine, only on networked computer I have to install it by hand

You need to install network printers too. This means you need to choose
the appropriate drivers to get a complete functionality. Usually Fedora
ships most printer drivers, if the driver for your printer is missing
please try to file a bugzilla report.
