looking for /var/log/rpmpkgs, was Re: packages installed

rpmpkgs is a file that gets created in the /var/log directory

Currently, in F18 this is generated by rpm-cron. Originally, this the cron
function was packaged in rpm. At some point it was separated from rpm.

In F16, install rpm-cron in order to generated that file
