I receive errors when booting: 1. cannot load the splashimage (file not found) 2. "keytable" deprecated 3. font "true" not found These seem to be coming from /boot/efi/EFI/redhat/grub.conf So: a) If I edit this file, will the edits be preserved going foward, as new kernels are installed? b) Am I crazy to touch this file? c) splash.xpm.gz doesn't exist anywhere on my system. Is this a FEDUP artifact or should the file be there? # grub.conf generated by anaconda # Note that you do not have to rerun grub after making changes to this file. # NOTICE: You have a /boot partition.
