So 'yum install texlive-fourier'.

The TeXLive packaging system is set up so you don't have to install
everything if you don't need it. The groups within the TeXLive hierarchy
are called schemes.

        $ sudo yum list tex\*scheme\*
        Loaded plugins: changelog, langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit
        Installed Packages
        texlive-scheme-basic.noarch     2:svn25923.0-16.20130205_r29034.fc18    @updates
        Available Packages

        texlive-scheme-medium.noarch    2:svn26477.0-16.20130205_r29034.fc18    updates 
        texlive-scheme-minimal.noarch   2:svn13822.0-16.20130205_r29034.fc18    updates 
        texlive-scheme-small.noarch     2:svn26477.0-16.20130205_r29034.fc18    updates 
        texlive-scheme-tetex.noarch     2:svn28959.0-16.20130205_r29034.fc18    updates

So if you want everything at once, install texlive-scheme-full.
