This was on F17 and I would get a "freeze" condition. The mouse would not be responsive and I could not ssh into the system. Also, if I were viewing a video or something like NFL Network the sound would continue or get into a loop. For me it turned out to be the fan dying on my video card. It seems you've ruled that out but I just wanted to mention that it matched my experience. Now, I know this is heretic, have you considered using the nVidia drivers? (FWIW, I *must* use the nVidia drivers since nouveau fails with my hardware. -- >From now on, at least during winter time, Im going to blame all spelling an grammar erros on the cat sitting on my chest every time I sit down at the computer.... -- users mailing list users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe or change subscription options: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines Have a question?
