Rex thanks for reference. But reasons for this changes isn't there.
With 'hostname' maybe this is for easier hostnamectl manipulation,
as in new file is only this one value, nothing else - as was in
'/etc/sysconfig/network'.

But reasons for change '/etc/sysconfig/i18n' I cannot see. Maybe some
developers think that Fedora users have unlimited amount of time to
learn all their flip-flops?
